About Us

BGWP was founded out of frustration over the lack of LGBTQ+ spaces outside of Philadelphia, and sober LGBTQ+ spaces nationwide. We believe in creating third spaces that foster adult education and community connection. Through our creative writing workshops, we provide a collegiate-level writing education without a tuition bill for anyone 18+ who wants to build a skill and find community in a supportive environment.
